1. Distribution of Tablets under the DigiShakti Scheme of UP Government- 01.08.2024

      Free smart phones/tablets were distributed to M.A. (Economics), M.A. (Sociology), M.A. (Psychology) and M.A. (Sanskrit) students and to B.Sc. (3rd Semester) students on 01.08.2024 by the Managing Secretary, Er. Atul Bhargava and the Principal, Prof. Manoj Kumar Tripathi in the presence of the teachers of the respective Departments under the DigiShakti Scheme of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

2. Achievement of Faculty Member- 02.08.2024

          Consequent upon his selection as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, University of Allahabad, Dr. Anubhav Vishwakarma, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, Feroze Gandhi College, Rae Bareli was relieved of his duties in the College on long leave in the afternoon of 01.08.2024 and joined his services in the University of Allahabad in the forenoon of 02.08.2024.

3. Farewell of the Recently Retired Teachers of the College- 02.08.2024

      Four teachers of the College, namely Prof. Yamini Sharma, Professor of the Department of Physics, Prof. Awadhesh Kumar Singh of the Department of Political Science, Prof. Anil Kumar of the Department of Botany, Dr. Ram Babu Katiyar of the Department of Defence Studies and Dr. Tunira Bhadauria of the Department of Zoology, who retired recently, were given a warm send off by the Principal, teachers and non- teaching staff members in a farewell function organised by the Teachers’ Association of the College on 02.08.2024. The Principal of the College, Prof. Manoj Kumar Tripathi presided over the function and the President of the Managing Committee, Er. S.L. Chandwani was the Chief Guest.

5. 'Swachchta Pakhwara' Awareness March by NCC Cadets- 06.08.2024.

            In order to mark the ‘Swachchta Pakhwara’ (cleanlines fortnight), the Cadets of the NCC Company of the College, led by Capt (Prof) Rajesh Kumar, the ANO of Boys’ Wing of NCC Company and Dr. Sonam Kumari Rawat, the CTO of the Girls’ Wing of NCC Company of the College, took out an awareness march for inspiring the people to launch cleanliness drive and follow good standards of public hygeine and cleanliness. The Principal, Prof. Manoj Kumar Tripathi also led the awareness march over a brief stretch.

6. Distribution of Free Smart Phones to Students under the DigiShakti Scheme- 07.08.2024.

              Free smart phones were distributed to the students of B.A. (2nd Semester), 2023- 24 batch under the DigiShakti scheme of U.P. Government on 07.08.2024.

7. 'Tiranga Yatra' by the NCC Cadets- 14.08.2024

              The Cadets of the Boys’ and Girls’ Wings of the NCC Company of the College took out a ‘Tiranga Yatra’ procession on bicycles on the streets of Rae Bareli city on 14.08.2024 as a run up to country’s 78th Independence Day.

8. 'Tiranga Yatra' by Rovers Crew and Rangers Team of the College- 14.014.08.2024

              The Members of the Rovers Crew and Rangers Team of the College led by the Ranger Leader, Dr. Kiran Srivastava and the Rover Leader, Dr. Ajay Singh Chauhan took out a procession of ‘Tiranga Yatra’ on the streets in Rae Bareli city as a part of 78th Independence Day celebrations.

9. Poster Making Competition organised by the Cultural Committee of the College- 14.08.2024

            As a part of UP Government campaign, a poster making competition on Kakori Conspiracy Case and other major national movements during the course of India’s struggle for freedom, were organised for the students of the College on 14.08.2024 by the Cultural Committee of the College. The Coordinator of the programme, Dr. Alka Singh, Co- Coordinator, Dr. Shamini Srivastava and other Members of the Cultural Committee including the Organising Secretary, Dr. Ajendra Singh, Dr. Rakhi Pushpraj Singh, Dr. Sonam Kumari Rawat, Dr. Bijendra Singh and Smt. Anita Bajpai exhorted the students to actively participate in the programme. The programme was graced by the Managing Secretary, Er. Atul Bhargava and Principal Manoj Tripathi who evinced keen interest in the posters and presentations of the students. Prof. B.D. Mishra, Prof. Udai Bhan Singh, Shri Shailendra Tripathi, Prof. Nilanshu Kumar Agarwal, Dr. Shikha Jaiswal, Dr. Arvind Singh and Shri Garun Kumar were the judges of the competition.
           Anjali, M.A. (1st Semester), and Kalpana Saroj, B.Sc. (Bio Group), 3rd Semester won the first prize and the second prize respectively in competition. The third prize was shared by Lay Kashyap, B.Sc. (Bio Group), 5th Semester and Tanuja Singh, B.Sc. (Bio Group), 3rd Semester.
