- By educational specialisation, is a Civil Engineer and had obtained his B.E . Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Allahabad as a student of Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, Allahabad (now Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Prayagraj) in the year 1979.
- By mission, is an educationist and a social activist.
- Was elected as the Managing Secretary of Feroze Gandhi College, Rae Bareli on the 29th of March, 2022 in the AGM of Rae Bareli Degree College Education Trust after the Founder Managing Secretary of the College and eminent educationist, Shri Onkar Nath Bhargava relinquished his office due to health reasons.
- Is an active Member of the Rotary Club, and has served as the President of both the Rotary Club, Rae Bareli and the Jaycees Club,
Rae Bareli in the past. - Had been an accomplished table tennis player and was declared the Best Table Tennis Player in the All India Inter Regional Engineering Colleges TT Championship held in February, 1977 at Jamshedpur.

Feroze Gandhi College, Rae Bareli is the premier hub for the generation and dissemination of knowledge and imparting scholarly higher education to the young generation in Rae Bareli District. The College, I am confident, is destined to carve its own ‘niche’ in future among the top institutions of higher education in India as per the wishes of its Founder President, late Feroze Gandhi- an outstanding Parliamentarian and its Founder Managing Secretary, late Onkar Nath Bhargava- a devoted social worker and educationist. The Managing Committee of the College will always remain dedicated to selflessly serve the institution with integrity and commitment with all the abilities at its command for making the institution excel in teaching- learning and research activities.
